After spending almost 10 years with LIV Sotheby's International Realty Kate decided to open her own brokerage firms Cherry Creek Country Club Realty & Equus Estates, which enabled her to blend her love of Golf and Luxury Equine Properties.

Since opening her brokerage she has brokered the largest land transaction in Douglas County in 2019 with a final sale price of $9.85 million and has closed over 50 transactions within the walls of Cherry Creek Country Club.

Testimonial

Kate has sold two homes for me and my wife and helped us buy one.  Both sales went seamlessly and sold for prices that we asked for.  But that was only part of her efforts. The first sale was relatively easy once Kate was involved.  That house was listed by another agent for over a year. Nothing happened.  We finally turned to Kate and had her list it.  It was sold at our price in about a month.  The difference between the first agent and Kate was astounding.

Kate then helped us purchase a new home.  She negotiated the deal with the builder and saved us thousands. Again, Kate took on the deal and went way beyond what an ordinary agent does.

The second sale was far more complicated.  We were not living in Denver. A pandemic was ongoing. We needed help. We needed to get our furniture and personal items transported a thousand miles away. The house needed cleaning and some minor repairs. Again Kate stepped up. She found or helped us to find all the services we needed to get the house in order and our items transported.

In short we were lucky to have contracted with Kate. She is without a doubt a fine professional. She is unquestionably superior to the other agents we've worked with.

She is a rock star.
